Postage

At PUG we normally dispatch all vintage items the same day as ordered, strapping them to a PUG's back and sending him on his way. We also produce all bleach splash products to order, meaning they normally get dispatch within 3-4 days. 

Neither of these can be guaranteed but the PUG team normally meet this time scale. However, we should really quote what our manufacturers tell us to: '28 working days from order to dispatch' - but these are in extreme circumstances and a lot of warning will be given to the customer. 

Customers rarely wait a week for a product and we ship all items via Royal Mail Second Class Tracked Postage.
